Based in London, Fiona Jane is a DJ, music curator and creative director, whose eclectic tastes and style have earned her a reputation as one of the most knowledgeable and perceptive DJs in the city, with a career spanning far beyond the capital.

Fiona explores the sounds of melodic deep-house, and techno, to disco edits and old-school funk. Her music style is influenced from her many travels exploring various cultures, which has nurtured her vision of playing sounds from around the world. Originally hailing from Copenhagen, she is best known in the UK, as well as appearances internationally, including memorable sets in Ibiza, Mykonos, Mexico and Burning Man. Fiona always leaves a distinct and personal impression, aiming to create a positive energy and movement.

Fiona's major immersion in electronic music began in 2006, during a stint living in Berlin, fortuitously coinciding with the foundation of Berghain and Panorama Bar, which proved hugely influential on her perception of the possibilities in club culture. Subsequently inspired, Fiona then returned to her home city where she contributed to the Copenhagen Nightlife between 2005-2012, by creating monthly event concepts at the underground clubs Stengade 30 and Simons, booking and playing alongside significant alternative talent, including Djuna Barnes, Trentemøller, WhoMadeWho and Hugo Capablanca.

In 2012 she moved to London, where she started a club night called “Girls on Film” at Horse and Groom in Shoreditch, where her aim was to support young female talents. In February 2020 she’ll commence on an exciting new event concept, where she drives to connect the dots between music, art and sustainable fashion, as well as continuously support new music talents.

Possessing the distinct ability to weave seamlessly between genres and styles, her sets have also soundtracked parties for some of the world’s most prestigious brands, including Dior, Loewe, Emilio Pucci and Vogue, whether appearing at Paris Fashion Week, Cannes Film Festival or at a private castle party in Italy. She’s performed for Edition Hotels, The Soho House Group, The Gagosian, London and New York Fashion Weeks, and Mykonos favourite spot; Belvedere Hotel where she is music ambassador.

Indeed, Fiona's simmering creativity have offered glimpses of any number of potential destinies: model, stylist, blogger, designer, filmmaker, event organiser and creative consultant. However, with the passing of time and as trends come and trends go, Fiona finds herself irresistibly drawn back to a constant electronic pulse and an overwhelming desire to uncover and discover new music.

Currently she holds residencies at the exclusive Mandrake Hotel alongside another at Chiltern Firehouse. Here, Fiona plays her old-school funky set exclusively from vinyl, paying tribute to her love and respect to the physicality, artwork and spirit of dance music's myriad subcultures.

As an artist Fiona works with a broad range of lifestyle brands as a sound designer, collaborator and brand ambassador. Clients include Net-a-porter, Dior, Maje, Brogger and Lala Berlin to mention a few.
